In degraded situations message does not say it clear at least for me.

Current Behavior

- 3.0 / 5 nodes is available

Expected Behavior

3 / 5 nodes are available. Ok, - may be for the list point, but maybe another bullet point?

There can be a number of problems, therefore it's a list. But 3.0 is a bit off, I agree. And "3 out of 5" is even better.

Yeah, i got it, but my order was:

what is it?
some bug, do not take this info seriously
*repeat 2. dozen times*
Oh, that is not "minus three", that is the first problem and the number of nodes is actually 3, ok

It may be some dot or asterisk, etc. I know front has many options.
