Expected Behavior

Display mainnet by default.
Have some ability to switch to testnet (related to #55).

It should be obvious what network we're currently looking at and how to switch.

Current Behavior

At the moment mainnet/testnet knobs are barely visible, people just don't know testnet can be checked in many cases.

Possible Solution

Status: Healthy ..... Network: mainnet, for example. Additional /mainnet and /testnet URLs. Different colors, background.
