bucket location constraint can be configured to specify storage policy in the corresponding NeoFS container. https://github.com/nspcc-dev/neofs-s3-gw/blob/master/docs/aws_s3_compat.md#bucket doc states this

at the same time, according to https://github.com/nspcc-dev/neofs-s3-gw/blob/master/docs/aws_cli.md#creation-of-a-bucket,

gateway doesn't support the setting of location constraints

i checked --create-bucket-configuration LocationConstraint=XXX works in AWS CLI. So its docs should be updated
