I'm always frustrated when I see https://github.com/aws/aws-sdk-go/issues/5270, SDK we use in some places is outdated.

Describe the solution you'd like

Migrate to https://github.com/aws/aws-sdk-go-v2, shouldn't be hard for us since we don't use a lot of it.
