Current Behavior

https://rest.t5.fs.neo.org/v1/docs/ tells that it's available on http://localhost:8880/v1 which is wrong.

Expected Behavior

https://rest.t5.fs.neo.org/v1/

Possible Solution

Fix external-address processing.

Regression

Yeah, it worked with 0.7.2 and doesn't work with 0.8.0.

Version of the product used: 0.8.0
Server setup and configuration files used: similar to #163 (but T5)
