Describe the solution you'd like

add PREFIX_ROOT_1_OID PREFIX_PHY_1_OID indices (nspcc-dev/neofs-api@9f1f12866a/object/types.proto (L111))
use ROOT|PHY EQ 1 for processing instead of ROOT|PHY MATCH_UNSPECIFIED <empty>
prohibit any non-zero matcher and non-empty value

Describe alternatives you've considered

have an indirect sign from the existing indices, so as not to add a new one to the DB. Unfortunately, there is no such thing
