Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

In eACL we need a way to support group. Now we can emulate it with static key lists, but we need to have a dynamic evaluation using NeoFS ID contract or some other similar mechanism.
