After testnet network relaunch for https://github.com/nspcc-dev/nspcc-infra/issues/144, smart contract addresses were changed (I guess?). This change should be reflected in docker/docker-compose.testnet.yml file.

The new contract hash has been updated in the infra repo and monitoring has been re-deployed to collect data from the new contract already.
