  1. Setup network on load stand: 7 C# CN + C# RPC node as Loader entry point.
  2. Set block time to 3s per block.
  3. Find maximum reachable TPS value in Workers bench mode.
  4. Benchmark TPS/RPS/Errors values under several different Rate bench modes.
  5. Repeat the same experiments with 1s per block.

We don't need a lot of measurments; we need to check whether it's possible to get relatively stable C# network with 3s/1s per block setting.
