No documentation for `neofs_rest__external-address.

Expected Behavior

Some documentation available.

Possible Solution

Add it.

Steps to Reproduce

Look at https://github.com/nspcc-dev/ansible-neofs/pull/17, it wasn't added.

Context

https://github.com/nspcc-dev/ansible-neofs/issues/16 fix is incomplete without it.
